CrewPay is an independent salary-estimation tool for cabin crew. If you need help with the app, please use the support option available inside CrewPay Settings.
Getting help
Open CrewPay and go to Settings → Support. Describe the issue you are experiencing and include enough detail for the administrator to understand what happened.
Common issues
- Roster calculation: make sure you are uploading the correct and complete roster PDF.
- Access: CrewPay access requests are reviewed manually. If your request is still pending, please allow time for review.
- Previous calculations: saved calculation results are stored on your device and can be viewed from your history.
Important
CrewPay provides salary estimates and is not an official payroll system. For questions about your actual salary or payment, always refer to your employer's official payroll information.
Privacy and account deletion

You can delete your CrewPay account from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account.
