Terms of Use

Last updated: August 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of CrewPay. By requesting access or using the app you accept them.

1. What CrewPay is

CrewPay is an independent tool that reads a cabin-crew roster you upload and produces an ESTIMATE of the resulting pay, based on the rates configured for your crew position and seniority.

CrewPay is not an official payroll system and is not endorsed by, affiliated with or operated by any airline.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

CrewPay is intended for cabin crew. Access is granted manually by an administrator after review, and may be refused or withdrawn.

Your account is personal. You are responsible for the device you use it on and for everything done through your account. Do not share your access with anyone else.

3. Accuracy of the information you provide

You must provide accurate registration details, including your real name and your genuine company email address. Access may be refused or revoked if the details are inaccurate or misleading.

4. Roster processing

You are responsible for having the right to upload the roster file you submit, and for any confidential information it contains.

Roster files are processed to produce your estimate and are not stored on the server. Results are stored on your device.

Automatic reading of a PDF can be imperfect: unusual layouts, scans or handwritten changes may be misread.

5. Salary figures are estimates

All figures CrewPay shows are informational estimates. They are NOT an official payroll statement, payslip, or confirmation of any payment.

You remain solely responsible for checking your official salary and payment information with your employer. CrewPay must not be used as evidence in a pay dispute or as a substitute for your employer's official statement.

6. Acceptable use

7. Service availability

CrewPay is provided as-is and as-available. Uploading a roster and calculating an estimate require an internet connection and a working server; previously calculated results remain viewable offline.

Features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn, and no particular level of availability is guaranteed.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are breached, if eligibility cannot be verified, or if the service is misused. You can end your use at any time by deleting your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account.

9. Data and privacy

How CrewPay handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Intellectual property

CrewPay, its design, its source code and its calculation logic belong to their owner and may not be copied, resold or reused without permission. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewPay and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on an estimate, from an incorrectly read roster, from service unavailability, or from any indirect or consequential damage.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed; continuing to use CrewPay means you accept the current version.

13. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact the CrewPay administrator using the support option in Settings.
